The Delhi High Court will hear the maintainability of Amandeep Singh Dhull's plea challenging the CBI's charge sheet and summoning order against him in a corruption case related to the Delhi liquor policy.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) questioned the metamorphosis (whether it is maintainable or not) of Amandeep Singh Dhal's plea. "The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said," "In the liquor policy case, cognizance was taken 2 years ago." "The time to file a revision petition is 90 days, that time has passed." ""
The Delhi High Court has directed both the parties to file short notes in the matter. The next hearing in the case will be on March 19. According to the CBI, Aman Deep Dhal played a key role in drafting the liquor policy brought out by the Arvind Kejriwal-led government in Delhi. Dhal had become a medium to bribe the Aam Aadmi Party. All the accused in the case are currently out on bail.
