Hemant Soren will take oath as the 13th Chief Minister of Jharkhand along with all his new cabinet ministers at the Birsa Munda Mandap at Raj Bhavan in Ranchi. Governor CP Radhakrishnan had called him to Raj Bhavan today (Thursday). Hemant Soren had reached Raj Bhavan with top leaders of INDIA alliance. The Governor has invited him to form the government.
