Court orders to lodge FIR against Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders for misusing government funds!

The sessions court sent the case back to the magistrate's court to decide whether it constituted a case of cognizable offence or not. After this, a re-hearing was held in the magistrate court on Tuesday and while accepting the application, it ordered to register a case against the AAP leaders.

The court also directed the Dwarka South police to register an FIR in the matter and submit a compliance report to the SHO by March 18.A special judge of Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court had asked the magistrate court to conduct a fresh hearing in the money laundering case and decide whether a case of cognizable offence is made out against Arvind Kejriwal and other party leaders.
