Court orders to lodge FIR against Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders for misusing government funds!
Let us tell you that earlier when the complaint was filed in the court, the magistrate court had rejected it. The complainant then filed an appeal in the Supreme Court. The sessions court sent the case back to the magistrate's court to decide whether it constituted a case of cognizable offence or not. After this, a re-hearing was held in the magistrate court on Tuesday and while accepting the application, it ordered to register a case against the AAP leaders.

Former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal. The judgment was passed by Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court. The court has admitted that a case of misappropriation of government funds is made out against Arvind Kejriwal and other party leaders.
The court also directed the Dwarka South police to register an FIR in the matter and submit a compliance report to the SHO by March 18.A special judge of Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court had asked the magistrate court to conduct a fresh hearing in the money laundering case and decide whether a case of cognizable offence is made out against Arvind Kejriwal and other party leaders.
