NEWS - Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) received rain with strong winds and drizzle on Wednesday evening after temperatures had constantly remained above 52 degrees Celsius. The regional Meteorological department predicted thunderstorms with light rain and gusty winds with speeds of 30-40 km/h over a few places in Delhi and NCR, including Gohana, Sonipat, Rohtak, Kharkhoda (Haryana), and Pilakhua, Hapur, Gulaoti, Siyana, Sikandrabad, Bulandshahar. On Tuesday, the weather station in the northwest Delhi locality recorded 49.9 degrees Celsius.
