Doctors across the country on strike after the rape and murder of a trainee doctor in Kolkata! Locked in hospitals
Due to which, not only government resident doctors across the country but also private doctors, doctors of every small and big hospital working in primary health care centre, community health care center and district hospitals are expected to be on strike. Not only this, on August 16, along with doctors, nursing unions have also started a strike.
NEWS - After the rape and murder of a trainee doctor in Kolkata, the mood of not only Kolkata but the entire country has changed. In Delhi itself, doctors have come out of hospitals on the streets demanding justice, the hospitals are locked. The hooliganism that took place in Kolkata on the night of 15 August after the RDA and all the doctors' organizations across the country went on strike has set fire to the situation. This is the reason why now the Indian Medical Association has also announced a nationwide strike on 17th August.
Due to which, not only government resident doctors across the country but also private doctors, doctors of every small and big hospital working in primary health care centre, community health care center and district hospitals are expected to be on strike. Not only this, on August 16, along with doctors, nursing unions have also started a strike. Nursing unions will also be on strike on Saturday.
