The strategic relations between India and Germany have become a strong foundation at a time when the world is facing tension, conflict and uncertainty. The India-Germany partnership is not based on transaction, but is a transformative partnership between two strong democracies. Prime Minister Narendra Modi met German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Friday (October 25) and discussed with him various issues to give impetus to India-Germany friendship.
Sharing pictures of the meeting on social media platform 'X', PM Modi said, "I welcomed my friend, Chancellor Scholz, at my residence in New Delhi. Happy to meet him and discuss the diverse issues that India-Germany have in common." "Will give impetus to friendship." He said, "Our nations have a strong track record of developmental cooperation and we are ready to take it forward in the times to come." PM Modi said, war does not solve problems. Scholz was in India during his three-day visit.
