According to the police, the victim has been identified as a 35-year-old man. Along with the woman, her 13-year-old son also suffered from suffocation and is being treated at the hospital. Based on a complaint by the deceased's family, a case has been registered against the actor, his security team and the theatre management at Chikkadpally police station under various sections of the BNS.
