Prime Minister Modi began his speech by extending greetings on the auspicious month of Sawan and said, "It is my privilege to be a part of Bengal's development festival at this holy time. He said the projects that have been launched today are a symbol of taking Bengal out of the current bad phase. PM Modi informed that a short while ago, schemes worth ₹5,400 crore have been inaugurated and the foundation stone has been laid. He said the BJP has dreamt of a prosperous and developed future for West Bengal, and these projects are big steps towards realising that dream. In his address, PM Modi also expressed concern over unemployment and migration. He said that once people used to come to Bengal for employment, but today the situation is completely opposite. "Today, the youth of West Bengal are forced to migrate to other states even for small work. "On behalf of the BJP, I urge you, give the BJP a chance once. Elect a government that is workmanlike, honest and strong. '
