Angered by this, the wife mixed poison in her husband's food in the evening. After this, she ran away from home by making an excuse. The husband's health deteriorated for some time, after which he was taken to the hospital but he died.
The whole matter is of Smilepur village of Kada Dham police station area. Here Shailesh Kumar (32) was busy making arrangements for Karva Chauth since morning. His wife Savita also kept a fast for her husband's long life. However, in the evening when women break their fast after seeing their husband's face. At that very moment there was a fight between the husband and wife. However, after some time everything became normal. After this the wife prepared the food and both of them sat and ate the food. After dinner, the wife left the house asking to go to a neighbor's place. Shortly after this, husband Shailesh's condition started deteriorating. Seeing Shailesh's health deteriorating, his family admitted him to Smilepur CHC, but when his condition became serious, they referred him to the medical college. Here also his health did not improve, so the next day the doctors referred him to Prayagraj, but Shailesh died on the way.
There was an uproar among the family due to the death of Shailesh. After getting information about the incident, the police team also reached the spot. Police took Shailesh's body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem. The brother of deceased Shailesh lodged a complaint with the police. The police have also arrested the accused wife who was absconding after the incident. Before dying, Shailesh had also issued a statement, in which he had talked about his wife mixing poison in the food.
