Raising the issue of border security, Akhilesh Yadav said that at present the borders of the country are not safe. Akhilesh also claimed that India has withdrawn from the border in Ladakh. "The Constitution is our shield. It is the protector of the oppressed, the deprived. Today the borders of the country are not safe. In many places, the border has been breached. Our border in Ladakh has shrunk.Referring to the UP by-poll incident, Akhilesh said people were stopped from casting their votes at many places. A police officer brandished a revolver. Muslims were not allowed to vote. "Whenever we get an opportunity, we will do the work of conducting caste census. The government is working to end reservation.
