The Congress is set to move a no-confidence motion against Rajya Sabha chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar. According to sources, the leaders of the 'India' bloc have decided to move a no-confidence motion against the Rajya Sabha chairman. Opposition leaders claim that more than 50 MPs have signed it so far. All parties in the 'India' bloc have agreed to the no-confidence motion and it is likely to be tabled in the Rajya Sabha soon.In fact, the proceedings of both the Houses of Parliament in the Winter Session are not running smoothly. The opposition parties will move a no-confidence motion under Article 67 (b) of the Constitution.
