A division bench of Justice Bharti Dangre and Justice Manjusha Deshpande, in an order passed on July 22, said it was of the 'clear opinion' that the material (evidence) collected against Kulkarni does not prima facie make out a case against him. According to PTI, a copy of this order of the High Court has been made available on Wednesday.
