Decree and action issued to break gangster-terror network in the country
On behalf of Haryana Police, it was told that what new gangs are emerging in their area and information was shared about the recent target killings and arrests. The biggest challenge being faced by Delhi Police recently was sharing details regarding extortion calls, in which area wise mapping of specific extortion calls and information about the network of extortion calls was shared with neighboring states and NIA.
NEWS - To break the gangster-terror network in the country, a big meeting of all the security agencies and state police has been held at Delhi Police Headquarters. Officers from NIA, Special Cell, Rajasthan Police, Punjab Police, Haryana Police have participated in the meeting. Delhi Police Special Cell held an Inter State Coordination meeting on Wednesday with the aim of taking concrete steps against the organized crime and terror nexus present in the country.
In this meeting held in Delhi, all the states discussed the challenges facing organized crime and terror nexus. There was a detailed discussion about how organized crime is working in which states and union territories.
