Four co-owners granted interim bail in the case of death of students at Rajinder Nagar Coaching Center in Delhi! Five crore rupees will have to be deposited

Delhi High Court has granted interim bail till January 30 to four co-owners of the basement in the case of death of students at Rajinder Nagar Coaching Center in Delhi. The bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma of Delhi High Court, while granting bail to the co-owners of the basement in this case, asked them to deposit an amount of Rs 5 crore. Additionally, the court directed the four co-owners of the basement to deposit Rs five crore to the Red Cross Society. Basement co-owners Parvinder Singh, Tajinder Singh, Harvinder Singh and Sarabjit Singh sought bail on the ground that they were only He is the landlord of the basement, which was given on rent to the coaching center and hence he had no role in this unfortunate incident. The CBI, which is investigating the case, opposed the bail pleas, saying that the investigation is in the initial stage and the accused should not be granted relief until independent witnesses are examined.
