Fraudsters cheat Myntra website of Rs 50 crore by taking advantage of the company's return policy!

According to reports, the fraudsters carried out the entire scam taking advantage of the company's return policy, which has been revealed in the company's audit. The scammers used to order high-value items like branded shoes, clothes and accessories. Fraudsters used to file fake complaints like shortage of goods, delivery of wrong items or non-delivery only after the order was delivered.Myntra gives customers a chance to claim a refund on their complaint, with options such as fewer items being delivered, colour mismatch or faulty goods. The e-commerce platform issues refunds after receiving a complaint.
