Good news for Delhiites! It will be cold till Holi.

There is a lot of change in the weather these days. Although by the end of February, the heat began to knock, but in the beginning of March, there was a sudden drop in temperature. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), two active western disturbances are behind this change. This has led to a cold wave in north India. Strong winds and rain have increased the risk during the day and night. Meteorologists said the downpour is likely to continue till Holi. But there are changes in the middle. However, the real effect of the heat will be seen only after March 20.

In fact, a new western disturbance is going to be active in North India from March 9. Due to this, light to moderate rain and snow is expected in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand from March 9 to 11. The weather will remain dry in Delhi, Haryana and West Uttar Pradesh. However, the cold wave will continue in these districts.
