Student gang raped inside Kolkata Law College! Police arrested 3 accused

Kolkata: A student of South Kolkata Law College was allegedly gang-raped inside the college premises. According to the police, the incident took place on the college campus between 7:30 pm and 10:50 pm on June 25. On the complaint of the victim, police have registered a case and an investigation is underway. Three accused, including a former student and two current students, have been arrested in the case.
The arrested accused have been identified as Monojit Mishra (31), a former unit president of the college, Zaib Ahmed (19) and Pramit Mukherjee alias Pramit Mukhopadhyay (20). Mishra and Ahmed were arrested near Talbagan crossing on the evening of June 26. At the same time, Pramit was caught from his house at 12:30 am on June 27. Three mobile phones have also been seized. The court has remanded the accused to 5 days "police custody.
