The Supreme Court's order has created a wall between dog lovers and those who control stray dogs in Delhi and NCR! Dog lovers give suggestions

He says that the suggestion of shelters is completely useless. 400 acres of land will be required to provide shelter to 10 lakh stray dogs in Delhi and NCR. Where will so much money come from? Feeding such stray dogs alone will cost Rs 1400 crore annually. Who will give that? where r u from? At present, the MCD spends only Rs 16 crore on street dogs. This concern is valid because the question is what to do then? On the one hand, there is concern for humans, on the other hand, there is concern for the lives of voiceless animals. Removing dogs from the streets cannot be the solution to the problem because at this time there are no shelters, no funds, no plan. So what to do then?

The Supreme Court's order has created a wall between dog lovers and those who control stray dogs in Delhi and NCR! Dog lovers give suggestions

A wall has been erected between dog lovers and those who control stray dogs in Delhi and NCR. Dog lovers are worried that stray dogs will be persecuted after the Supreme Court's order. The Supreme Court has ordered to catch 5,000 dogs in 8 weeks. To accomplish this goal, the voiceless will be treated badly. They will be brutally captured and locked up, left to die somewhere far away. Hence, the court should quash the order. Disturbed by stray dogs, people tell how dogs killed children, how a player is suffering from rabies in the hospital. By showing videos of such incidents, they say that stray dogs should be protected. Human life is very precious, but dog lovers argue that how can all dogs be tortured because of one or two stray dogs? He says that the suggestion of shelters is completely useless. 400 acres of land will be required to provide shelter to 10 lakh stray dogs in Delhi and NCR. Where will so much money come from? Feeding such stray dogs alone will cost Rs 1400 crore annually. Who will give that? where r u from? At present, the MCD spends only Rs 16 crore on street dogs. Accelerating TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) has been proven internationally that sterilization is the most humane way to permanently reduce stray dog populations.
1.It has to be run like a campaign in Delhi-NCR, so that in 2-3 years there is a clear decline in the number.
For this, a joint network of MCD, NGOs, and veterinarians should be formed.

2. Zone Wise Dog Management Dog feeding zones should be set up in every ward so that dogs do not wander around for food.
Only vaccinated and sterilized dogs should be allowed in this zone.
Newly found dogs should be registered and vaccinated immediately.

Anti-Rabies and Bite Control Program Anti-Rabies Vaccination (ARV) of all captured dogs mandatory.
Dog safety training in schools and mohallas - Children should be taught how to be safe from stray dogs.
Making the byte case reporting and treatment system faster and easier.

Community Dog Care Taker System In every colony, 2-3 people (NGO or local volunteers) should be appointed as community dog care takers.
Their job is to feed the dogs, conduct health checks, and respond to people's complaints.
This will neither make dogs aggressive with hunger, nor will people feel insecure.

Make temporary transit camps instead of 'transit camp' model permanent shelters where injured or sick dogs can be kept.
After health and sterilization, they should then be left in the same area.

6.Legal and administrative balance Supreme Court order should be implemented, but there should be strict monitoring against 'cruelty'.
The entire process of capture and release should be transparent - with video recordings and public data.
