The political existence of Mayawati's BSP is in danger! BSP lagged far behind Chandrashekhar's Azad Samaj.

The results of by-elections held on nine seats in Uttar Pradesh hurt the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) the most. The party, which was out on zero in the Lok Sabha elections, could not get even a single seat in the by-elections. Rather, his remaining cadre vote got dispersed and went to the other camp. In Meerapur of Muzaffarnagar, Azad Samaj Party got a little more than 12.21 percent (22,661) votes. Whereas on this seat BSP was at fifth position by getting only 1.75 percent (3248) votes. Owaisi's party got more than 10.17 percent (18869) votes. Chandrashekhar Azad's party stood third in Kundarki seat of Moradabad and got 6.39 percent i.e. 14 thousand two hundred one votes. Whereas BSP could get only 0.49 percent (1099) votes. The way BSP is in plight on both the seats. He comes to know that the coder vote has gone away from his side. BSP will find it very difficult to get it back. Azad Samaj Party may not have won even a single seat, but it definitely made a dent in the votes of BSP. If we look at the results, BSP's good performance was in Katehari seat of Ambedkar Nagar, where their candidate Amit Verma got 41,647 votes. Whereas Majhwan candidate Deepak Tiwari alias Deepu Tiwari got 34,927 votes and 20,342 votes in Phulpur. Senior political analyst Virendra Singh Rawat says that BSP's performance is deteriorating election after election. BSP has had its worst performance in the by-elections held after Lok Sabha. It has got less votes than smaller parties on many seats. He told that no big leader of BSP took the by-election of nine seats seriously. No one even bothered to campaign here. In order to see the election campaign in Maharashtra and Jharkhand, the land of UP was lost. He said that BSP could not open its account even in the by-elections after Lok Sabha. Not only this, in the by-elections, BSP could not even save the security deposit on six seats including Western UP. In such a situation, his political future is in danger.
