UAE is the country providing the most jobs in the world! It has surpassed America and Canada as well

People generally think that job opportunities are greater in countries like Canada, the USA, or the UK, but surpassing all of these, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) ranks first. In the third quarter of 2025, it holds the top position worldwide for hiring. The country’s Net Employment Outlook (NEO) stands at +48 percent, which is significantly higher than the global average of +24 percent. NEO is a survey-based figure that reveals employers’ hiring intentions, providing insights into labor market trends and the availability of job opportunities.

In the UAE, 56 percent of employers expect to expand their workforce, while only 8 percent anticipate a reduction in staff numbers. The top hiring sectors include Transport, Logistics, and Automotive (+64 percent), Consumer Goods and Services (+60 percent), and Energy and Utilities (+62 percent), all of which exceed global benchmarks by a wide margin. Employers here are responding to rising inflation by offering various benefits such as different allowances, performance bonuses, and flexible work options like hybrid or remote setups.
