The incident took place in August, when Farrell was seen in a body camera footage eating a killed cat. Judge Frank Forcione, who heard the case, described Farrell's actions as not only reprehensible but also dangerous to society. "It's disgusting to me," he said. How can anyone do this to an animal? Animals are like children.
