On the demand of students, CM Yogi announced that UPSC preliminary exam will be held in a single day.

CM Yogi has taken cognizance of the demands of students in Prayagraj. After this, on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi, UPPSC has taken a big decision. The Chief Minister had asked the Commission to take necessary decisions by communicating and coordinating with the students regarding conducting the PCS Preliminary Examination 2024 in one day. On which the Commission has decided to conduct the PCS preliminary examination 2024 in one day. Giving information about this, the CMO said that Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission will conduct the preliminary examination of UP PCS in one day. CM Yogi Adityanath took cognizance of the demand of the students in Prayagraj and asked the Commission to communicate and coordinate with the students and take necessary decisions regarding the PCS Preliminary Exam 2024 in a day. At the same time, a committee has been constituted by the Commission for RO/ARO (Pre.) Examination-2023. The committee will soon consider all the aspects and submit its detailed report. In simple language, the Commission has decided on the instructions of CM Yogi that the preliminary examination of UPPCS will be conducted on the old pattern i.e. this examination will be conducted on a single day. Whereas it has been announced to form a committee to decide on RO/ARO examination.
