Prime Minister Modi will complete his One Nation One Election agenda during this tenure.

In the recently held Lok Sabha elections 2024, BJP got much less seats as compared to 2014 and 2019 and the party remained away from majority. However, if top sources are to be believed, despite less seats, the BJP-led government will continue to work on the agenda that was promised in 2014. Now news has come that Modi government can soon start census in the entire country. Along with this, a big update has also come out from the top sources of the party regarding One Nation One Election. The major issues of Modi government's manifesto are construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, abolition of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and Citizenship Amendment Act. Promises like implementation have been fulfilled. At the same time, the promise of one nation-one election is another big promise in the election manifesto of BJP. Prime Minister Modi had also advocated simultaneous holding of assembly and parliamentary elections in his speech from the Red Fort on Independence Day. ANI quoted sources as saying that the NDA government is committed to holding the Lok Sabha and assembly elections simultaneously. Sources also said that One Nation One Election will become a reality only during this tenure of the government. BJP is also hoping to garner support from other political parties. ANI has informed quoting sources that administrative work is going on to conduct the long pending nationwide census. However, no decision has been taken yet on whether the caste column will be included in the census process or not. Let us tell you that opposition parties like Congress, RJD and SP and some allies of NDA alliance are also loudly demanding to conduct caste census.
