According to reports, the police have received two suspicious emails. Unidentified persons have sent threatening emails that ISI and former LTTE militants are hatching a conspiracy sitting in Tamil Nadu. They have threatened to explode with RDX explosives in four areas of Tirupati. Following the threat of a terror attack, bomb disposal teams have carried out intensive searches in several areas of Tirupati. Alert police conducted inspections at RTC bus stand, Srinivasam, Vishnu Nivasam, Kapila Thirutham and Govindarajula Swamy temple areas in Tirupati. The police also inspected the residential premises of the judges and the court areas.
