Addressing the rally, he said that the dynastic mafia should not be allowed to win the elections in Raghunathpur. Due to which the people of Siwan were forced to live in an atmosphere of fear. They should not be allowed to come back to Bihar. The UP CM alleged that every professional mafia and criminal inside Bihar is a student of RJD and Congress. They should not be allowed to flourish. If they are given an opportunity to move forward, they will rob the rights of the poor. "Crime and kidnapping had become an industry in Bihar during the RJD rule.
