Late businessman Sanjay Kapoor's property will be divided into 5 parts! Sanjay's wife claims "Karisma Kapoor's children have already received property worth 1900 crores"

New Delhi. The ongoing controversy over the property of late businessman Sanjay Kapoor took a new turn on Tuesday. Now his mother Reena Kapoor has also asked for a share in the son's will. Earlier, Sanjay's ex-wife and Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor's children Samaira and Kiaan Kapoor had approached the Delhi High Court against stepmother Priya Sachdev Kapoor.

Karisma's children's allegations: The lawyers appearing for Karisma Kapoor's children say that they were shown a will on the basis of which they have been evicted from the property. The children have said that this will is fake. It is also alleged that the will was kept hidden for seven weeks and was suddenly brought out in a family meeting.

Advocate Vaibhav Gaggar, appearing for Reena Kapoor, said that his client has not been informed about any document related to Sanjay Kapoor's will so far. He says that in this case Intestate Succession (succession without a will) should apply. According to this, Sanjay Kapoor's property will be divided into five parts -

1.Karisma Kapoor's two children

2.Sanjay's wife Priya Sachdev Kapoor

3.P Riya and Sanjay's son

4. and Sanjay Kapoor's mother Reena Kapoor.
