Bharat Taxi's goal is to make the "charioteer" the owner of the company's profits. The person doing the work should be the one who earns the profits.

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah on Monday said that Bharat Taxi is not just a taxi scheme, it is an initiative to make driver brothers and sisters' Sarathi 'with respect and the aim is to make' Sarathi 'the owner of the company's profits. In an interaction with the owners of Bharat Taxi in the national capital, Union Minister Shah said that the one who is doing the labour should get the profit. Our aim is to make the owner of the taxi rich and the charioteer is the owner. At the same time, Shah said that Sarathi Bharat is the owner of the taxi and he will also have a share in the profits. In the coming three years, there will be 'Bharat Taxi' in every Municipal Corporation of the country. The Union Minister said that Bharat Taxi has been formed by merging five big cooperatives of the country. Now as the number of charioteers increases, whoever wants to become a partner in the charioteer, he will get the ownership right on taking shares of Rs. 500. Shah said that when the election of the board of directors of Bharat Taxi will be held, some seats will also be reserved for the chairpersons. When Sarathi comes to the Board of Directors, he himself will protect and take care of all the interests of other Sarathi. Describing Bharat Taxi as a cooperative movement, he said that out of the total earnings of Bharat Taxi, 20 percent will be deposited in the account of Bharat Taxi as the capital of the charioteers and 80 percent of the money will go back to the account of the charioteers according to the number of kilometers the taxi has run.
Shah said that the first three years will go in the expansion of Bharat Taxi and after that whatever profit will be made, 20 percent of it will remain in Bharat Taxi and eighty percent will be given back to the Sarathi brothers. "India will not hide anything in taxis," Shah said. He said that 'Bharat Taxi' will become the most transparent cab service in the world by providing every information to the drivers through notification. A base line of kilometre rate will be worked out on the minimum viability of the drivers in Bharat Taxi. He said that Bharat Taxi will have a base rate combining the price of auto, petrol consumption and minimum profit and it will not operate below that.
Shah said that the objective of Bharat Taxi is also the welfare of the charioteers and to treat the customer well.
