Shah said that when the election of the board of directors of Bharat Taxi will be held, some seats will also be reserved for the chairpersons. When Sarathi comes to the Board of Directors, he himself will protect and take care of all the interests of other Sarathi. Describing Bharat Taxi as a cooperative movement, he said that out of the total earnings of Bharat Taxi, 20 percent will be deposited in the account of Bharat Taxi as the capital of the charioteers and 80 percent of the money will go back to the account of the charioteers according to the number of kilometers the taxi has run.
Shah said that the first three years will go in the expansion of Bharat Taxi and after that whatever profit will be made, 20 percent of it will remain in Bharat Taxi and eighty percent will be given back to the Sarathi brothers.
